1. About us

The site and services are provided by IVAN ĐONDRIĆ PR POMOĆNE OBRAZOVNE DELATNOSTI SLO-STUDY STUDIRAJ U INOSTRANSTVU ČAČAK, registered at Zelengorska 34, 32000 Čačak, Serbia, registration number 68418933, tax ID (PIB) 115506241 (hereinafter: “SloStudy”).

2. SloStudy services

SloStudy provides advisory support to high school and university students from the region when enrolling in educational institutions in Slovenia (public and private faculties and colleges), and with administrative procedures after enrollment.

The content and prices of the packages are listed on the site. Each package includes a specific set of services, depending on the client's needs.

In addition to the standard packages, SloStudy offers additional services that are not part of any package. They are charged separately and complement the offer so that all of the client's needs are covered.

The exact scope of services is set out in a cooperation agreement, signed with each client individually, which forms the basis of the cooperation. If these terms and the signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.

If the client is under 18, the contract is concluded on their behalf by a parent or guardian.

3. Free consultation

The free consultation helps SloStudy understand the client's wishes and needs more easily and efficiently.

Booking and attending a free consultation does not oblige the client to continue the cooperation.

4. Outcome of enrollment and administrative procedures

Decisions on enrollment at a faculty or college in Slovenia are made by the admissions committee of the institution the application was submitted to, based on criteria set by the institution itself, such as points earned from overall high school results, the final exam (matura), the average grade from undergraduate studies, an entrance exam or other proof of knowledge and skills.

SloStudy cannot influence these decisions and therefore cannot guarantee enrollment. SloStudy guarantees a correctly prepared application submitted on time.

Decisions on residence permits and other documents from administrative procedures are made by the state authorities of the Republic of Slovenia. SloStudy therefore cannot give an exact timeline for issuing these documents, and is not responsible if a procedure becomes complicated through no fault of SloStudy.

5. Client obligations

The client must provide accurate, complete and truthful data and documents, deliver documents within the agreed deadlines and inform SloStudy of any change that may affect the procedure.

SloStudy is not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete data, nor for delays caused by late delivery of the requested documents or data.

6. Prices and payment

Prices of packages and individual services are listed on the site and in the cooperation agreement. Prices are final.

Prices do not include state fees, translations, document certifications, shipping costs, enrollment fees or accommodation costs, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

Clients residing in Serbia pay the equivalent amount in dinars at the National Bank of Serbia middle exchange rate on the day of payment. Clients from other countries pay in euros or as set out in the contract. All payments are made to SloStudy's current or foreign currency account.

Services can be paid in full or in installments. The number of installments depends on the chosen package and is shown on the site in the packages section. The exact amounts and due dates of each installment are set out in the contract.

If an installment is not paid on time, SloStudy notifies the client in writing and gives an additional 8 days to pay. Until the payment is settled, SloStudy has the right to pause work.

7. Withdrawal, termination and refunds

The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing it, without giving a reason, by notifying SloStudy by email at lazar@slostudy.com.

If the client asks SloStudy to start work before the 14-day period expires, or SloStudy has to start earlier because of enrollment deadlines, and the client then withdraws, the client pays a proportionate part of the price for services already performed.

After the withdrawal period, the client may terminate the contract by written notice. In that case, the amount paid for services already performed is not refunded.

The enrollment service is considered performed when the application has been correctly prepared and submitted and the results of the selection procedure are awaited. Administrative services after enrollment are considered performed when the request has been correctly prepared and submitted to the competent authority.

If the educational institution does not admit the candidate because of strong competition, insufficient points based on high school or university results, or for any other reason that arose through no fault of SloStudy, the enrollment service is considered performed and the money paid for it is not refunded.

If an agreed service is not performed through the fault of SloStudy, the client is refunded the amount paid for the unperformed part of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

SloStudy is responsible for providing the agreed service diligently and professionally. SloStudy is not liable for decisions of educational institutions and state authorities, for changes in regulations, or for damage caused by circumstances it could not influence.

SloStudy's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, logo, design and graphics) belongs to SloStudy and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without SloStudy's written consent.

10. Links to other sites

The site contains links to other sites and services (social networks, WhatsApp, Viber). SloStudy is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or terms of use.

11. Changes to these terms

SloStudy may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on the site; services already agreed remain subject to the terms in force when the contract was concluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms and contracts with clients are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. SloStudy strives to resolve all disputes amicably.

If that is not possible, the client may start an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure before a body on the list kept by the Serbian ministry responsible for consumer protection. The Basic Court in Čačak has jurisdiction over court disputes.

The site and these terms are available in Serbian, Slovenian and English. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Serbian version prevails.
